The following applies to appointments requiring a deposit or prepayment for services.
Please read the terms and conditions below very carefully before you submit your deposit. By submitting your deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions. This deposit is for the purpose of securing your appointment for hair services with Brian at Hair by Brian, and is fully refundable if you cancel your appointment 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. However, it is not refundable if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time or if no show accrued. Your deposit must be submitted and received by myself within 24 hours of scheduling the service. I will email you confirming the receipt of your deposit. If your deposit has not been received within this time frame, your appointment will be cancelled. I understand that unplanned circumstances can occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I am more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards a future service appointment if you give me at least 48 hours notice. Again, if you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time your deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment. Cancelling your appointment has to be made by written request through an email to [email protected] for your protection and to avoid any conflict in order to receive a full refund. This deposit is for booking an appointment for hair services with Brian at Hair by Brian. The amount of the deposit will be applied toward the total service amount at the end of the service. Do to the artistic nature of this industry, I cannot offer a refund on salon services performed. However, if for some reason I should miss the mark or you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, you must notify me within three (3) days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, I do require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you as soon as possible to correct the service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within the two weeks of the initial service. I cannot redo services if you have your hair worked on elsewhere before contacting me about any problems. I am happy for the opportunity to make things right for you. There are some people who would argue that "children are part of our society and as such, should be allowed everywhere." I understand that there are appropriate places to bring them and inappropriate places. The salon is not a place for children. The salon should be a relaxing environment for you, a place where you can relax from you hectic schedules. A place for you to have some “me time”, which I’m sure has been limited these days. The way to do this is by creating a one-of-a-kind experience that has you wanting to jumping at a chance come into the salon and sit in my chair. Having children running around the salon makes clients want to jump OUT of their chair. This is totally opposite of the experience we want you to have. Due to health and safety considerations and limited space, the salon is a child free salon unless the child will be receiving a service and is accompanied by an adult. Thank you for understand. When you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, three people lose:
1. YOU, the client, do not receive service and care that you need. 2. Other clients WHO NEEDED APPOINTMENTS could not be seen because I scheduled that time for you exclusively. 3. I PERSONALLY lose because of idle time during your appointment time. I schedule time JUST FOR YOU. When you do not show up, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, many people are affected. I can not find a client to fill your broken appointment on short notice and, as a result, must absorb these costs. • You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment. • Same day cancellations may result in charging you up to 50% of the scheduled service price. • If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you might be charged full price for the scheduled service. I trust that you will be here for the time I have scheduled just for you. |
